You can let your pdoc know that you think it's time to change your meds. You have been on some of them for a long time, and you haven't been getting great results. You're also dealing with new challenges now, so I think he will be understanding

The best advice, and options for a workable med plan you can get, is from your pdoc. But all decisions are ultimately up to you. You can always say no, and ask for other options.

Give him the chance to work with you.
