After this incident, it seems I'm experiencing orthostatic intolerance (BP drops when I stand and I feel somewhat dizzy). Could this indicate a concussion? Any suggestions for temporary remedies until this resolves? Other thoughts? I feel like this happens to me every time my neck spasms in some sort of incident.
