Migraines can and do cause lesions. Lesions can also be congenital, due to an infection or injury.

That's actually a good thing
If another opinion is needed for the both of you to have peace of mind then by all means, get another opinion. If that opinion isn't any different than what you have already heard it's very possible that lesion doesn't have any serious significance.
