I would ask for another script for PT if it is helping you. I spent over 4 years in PT and I they got me to where I could stand up straight and less pain. I had some very good PT'ers. If you can see some difference, I think it would be good to stay in it.

I can't believe he told you to take tylenol or Ibuprofren for the pain. That wouldn't do anything for RSD pain.

Maybe you could ask him for something stronger to help now that you are not with your husband. Do explain what happened and let him know you don't intend to let him get your meds again.

I'm sorry you are going through so much. It sounds like you have too much on your plate right now.
