If this change came soon after the last revision...and no other accident or condition is suspected.. I think I would seek out an independent second opinion, someone who will review the revision procedure notes and also assess him..
I don't know about the procedure, but maybe something went amiss ?? and the surgeon that did the procedure is reluctant to mention the possibility?
