I am down to about 5 - 7 cigs a day, the fine line of 'what's the point', and that is from a mental choice to not smoke in my car, during work hours or when I am out with friends.

I should be done with them by the end of the year I think...I am not addicted to it, I just like it

I am such an idiot sometimes....
