Brokenwings: my mom and sisters (and itty bitty baby brother) are going to take me to the neuro, yes. I can't drive yet (legally) but probably couldn't physically, LOL. So mom's taking me up. She is one of the best sources of support I have (and Froggy). I am glad she'll be with me, and she will be able to help with the neuro evaluation questions (I lose track of things at times).

I typed up the whole medical history of the RSD/ movement problems/ migraines so it will be easier for the neuro- he'll have exact dates and all that.
