I read Dr. Schwartzman's article as well. This is my daughter (31) who has CRPS. It has been 7 months since the beginning of the desease and diagnoses. The extreme fatigue is getting worse. There are effects on menstrual cycle and gastrointestinal function. She is on Lyrica and many supplements. She also had bisphosphonate infusions at 4 months and recently started LDN.

Is it logical to think that the systemic involvement needs to be addressed with treatments regulating glial activity? That would be LDN and Ketamine? She has some contradictions for Ketamine so it is not an option, at least for now.
