I got the name of the person and her extension, which so very much helped! After 6 months she said I will escalate and look into this closely...
So I called her every 4 to 6 week, and left messages if she didnt answer.
An attorney isn't the right option. Contact your local Senator or Congressperson for help. Most have websites that will have a section for SSI/SSDI help.
