I am literally loosing hair here. The fact that all the Reps on the other end of the phone can do at SS is tell me that they can only leave the processing center a message to contact me. They say there is nothing else anyone can do. Why they are responding to all the messages to contact me I have no idea. It is a feeling of helplessness I have never known. There HAS to be some way to find out what the processing center is doing!?
