Interesting read, I'm a little past 2 1/2 years and can identify totally about the bit about sleep and tinitus, I've come to the conclusion that no alcohol is the way to go as it seems to spike with just a pint. My sleep pattern is the same as yours, I can't work out why. It's like I can't go into the next phase of sleep.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
