Sorry to read of no improvement after 12 mths. Have you considered getting an endocrine check up - Long term use (and subsequent stopping), of AD's can have an effect on the normal functioning of the HPA Axis (Hypothalamus/Pituitary/Adrenal). The never ending tears and continued exhaustion could be a symptom of this.
