I'm so sorry that you got stuck in an uncomfortable social situation, then had the terrible experience of getting lost like that in the dark

I've had a lot of trouble getting lost, even in familiar areas, which can lead to anxiety attacks. I got a Garmin GPS and I can pull over, turn it on, and hit the home icon and it will lead me home, or hit a saved address (I have lots of those) and it will take me there. I've used my phone before but it's not as easy to use and it can increase my anxiety.
