Thanks Jo*Mar. I have been resting and applying heat but stretching not so much. I find that sleep helps quite a bit when I can. After a nap I'm almost perfect but as time goes on I deteriorate back to agony. I will try stretching a little more.

One thing I was wondering about. Can a person take too much Tylenol? I have been taking two every 6 hours or so for the pain. It does help but I'm afraid I am poisoning myself.
