Hello Joycelynn777: I'm certainly no expert with regard to autism. However, from what I know of it there would be no direct relationship. From what I understand seeing & hearing things in a person with autism is thought to be the result of stress related to social anxiety. I cannot speak to the question of your having had meningitis.
