My partner is a psychologist who has worked with people who are on the Autism Spectrum Disorder range. Her comment is that it is very unusual for people with ASD to have auditory or visual hallucinations.

She also (echoing Jo*mar) suggested that seeing a health professional about your hallucinations is a good plan.
