Casterno and CE,

A common issue that arises when there is a head bump is people looking for concussion symptoms. That anxiety can cause a myriad of symptoms.

If we feed the anxiety about a head bump, it is likely we will have symptoms. Nobody can say exactly if CE's head bump was a concussion or just a subconcussive impact. If we go on with life, not looking for symptoms, our symptoms will be minimized. But, if we feed the anxiety by focusing on every little symptom, the symptoms can get out of control.

Mix in the anxiety and stress of a girl friend in distress or other emotional stress and the line between concussion symptoms and relationship stress symptoms blurs.

If we get a headache after a head bump, that does not mean we suffered a concussion and should be "looking" for other symptoms to manifest.

We need to get on with our lives while reducing stress and anxiety as our primary goal.
