Thanks for the replies guys.

Bud I had a similar incident at work with the tailgate of a dump truck. I didn't think anything of it because I wasn't knocked out, but my bad anxiety and insomnia that I had the rest of the summer really made sense knowing what I do know now.

To update, my vision was definitely affected, and my eyes still have that feeling that I just can't describe when I talk or read. My neck has been tensing up a lot as well when I try to read as well, but my dizziness and off balance feeling seem to have gone away. I have a good amount of noise sensitivity too.

I really want to avoid the delayed onset of symptoms that I had last time, so I am going to try a very slow return to school, draw incompletes for the semester, and just finish my classes over winter recess.
