Hi everyone.
Well today, 17th November, is my 21st day of being sober. I hate to tempt fate, but it is not half as difficult as I was expecting. I have even resumed full time work. There have been a couple of occasions, whilst walking home from work, after a gruel
er of a shift, and past one of my old drinking haunts, when I have thought: "A well earned pint would go down a treat". But I have not succumbed to it. I am surprising even myself!
I hope everyone is as OK as they can be, and please believe me when I say that if I can make progress, then we all can.
