Just a cursory view so far seems to suggest that the Atremorine increases the blood plasma levels of dopamine substantially. Unfortunately, very little of this makes it into the brain! Dopamine does not cross the blood-brain-barrier so there will likely be no/little effect on PD symptoms. I wish the study showed vast improvement in symptoms! But what do I know? I'm just a PWP!
