Should trial sizes be in the neighborhood of 500?
Dr. Perrin mentioned at the recent ALS-TDI conference some approximately 500 patients ought to be involved in a trial in the case of ALS - in order for its results to be reliable. The comment was not a response to the pacer treatment, which was not brought up by anyone during the day.
