If each synapse contains about 100 vesicles . . . to simply label each vesicle would require a few fifty-thousand dollars times 100 or likely a few millions of dollars of hard drives . . .
thankfully, they are not very fast (synapses) . . . but present science wants to know what each vesicle is doing, thus storage sufficient to merely identify one is insufficient to represent what the vesicle is doing. . . ?
