What about-
Contacting your drs here and see if they can refer you or at least give you names of some good drs there. They know what you need and hopefully they will make the effort to help you find some good help in Tucson.

I must say that homes around here can sell quite fast - I don't know how the market is there.

Oh, and you get movers- but packing help would still be needed - friends? neighbors? a family member from Tucson???

Or start selling off the big or unneeded items so you don't have to move those. Donate things to charity for a tax write off??
