But it is good to do your research before adding a supplement and start low and go slow. And since the liquid form is supposed to be more effective, you may need as much. Everyone is different and finding what works for you is important.

You did not discourage me Marlene. I appreciate the input as I want to be an educated consumer. My doctor(s) do not work with any supplements. The response is always "there is no research to support....." So I am making decisions on my own which makes this group a great help. Thanks
