I get cramping, and in fact my big toes are dropping down now.

I think it is from the atrophy of my muscles because of lack of nerve stimulation.

I exercise, but this year has been difficult with several problems, and the cramping of my feet is worse right now.

I take magnesium, and I've always taken potassium for leg cramps at night (that was when the PN was developing, but I didn't know it).

You might ask your doctor about wearing a foot brace at night to keep your foot from arcing? I don't know.

Surely someone here knows more about it than I do. It is hard having conditions that don't have clear definitions and easy solutions, isn't it!?

Hugs, ElaineD
