Is the nose ear mouth nausea sort of a vertigo sensation ?

I've had something like it. It's like my face feels like it is spinning or in knots but I do not have any balance issues.

I have always attributed it to a face headache, as I call them.

I have never found a solution.

Have you tried Dramamine ? If it can settle the nerves in the ear, maybe it can help settle these other nerves. Or, benadryl ?
