Some people get the movement disorders on first doses.
Others over time.

It seems that some people are more sensitive to dopamine damage than others. Basically we all have different neurotransmitter systems and maintenance. So it is difficult to predict who will be the unlucky ones.

You can Google this yourself.
Use keywords like "metoclopramide damage"
"movement disorders from metoclopramide"
etc.
