Yes, for me, it is more like pressure. Sometimes like somebody is squeezing my face or nose. Usually across the area where a pair of ski goggle would fit.
If I ignore it, it usually subsides a bit. If I pay attention, it gets worse. Sometimes, I feel like I need to shake my head to shake out of it. For me, shaking my head is not good.
I also get what I call mud headaches. I feel like by forehead is packed tight with mud. My thinking may be slowed. No sharp or normal headache pain. Just pressure discomfort.
Never found a cause. Relaxing and sometimes acetaminphen or ibuprophen or aspirin helps.
