Default Are these symptoms from a concussion?

Hey all,

I've been having some very bad symptoms lately, and I'm not sure if it's from jarring my head or if it's from the anxiety involved with the event. I also posted this question in the anxiety and OCD forum , because I'm curious about both perspectives, so sorry if this looks like a repeat post.

Anyways, I know that this sounds foolish, but a few days back I was wiping the side of my nose on a towel, when my head slipped, turned, and hit the hand holding the towel. Now I know that this sounds like nothing, but I was pushing into the towel, and when my nose slipped off, the built up tension caused my head to quickly rotate into my hand. Now apart from anxiety, I had no symptoms that night. However, the next morning I awoke with a terrible headache in the front of my head. It did go away shortly after breakfast, however it was replaced by nausea, and then returned later that night before ultimately going away for good by the time I went to bed.

Another symptom I've noticed is very concerning to me. The new semester just started on Monday, and while I felt fine going into school, 10 minutes into my first class I began to feel faint, and I needed to leave because I was worried that I would pass out. I was better at home, however, I began to experience the same thing during the next class, however, the faint feeling eventually subsided and I was able to finish the class. Looking back I could describe it almost like what I'd imagine a panic attack to be like, however, I've never experienced that before.

Lastly, I've been having a sort of brain fog since the event.

Now all of these symptoms, maybe minus the panic attack episodes, could be caused by a concussion or anxiety, and I'm wondering if the injury I described could have caused this?

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow for an unrelated hand injury I suffered a while back, and maybe I should bring up the issues, but I'm curious If the concussion worry is even an issue, and perhaps I should just bring up anxiety.

Sorry for the wall of text, and thanks.
