Glad to hear your kittens are doing well (and becoming house-trained).

Having to register your cats with the council - how ridiculous - what do they provide for that registration? Dogs I can understand as it pays for animal control services etc - but are they going to send out the noise control officers if your neighbour complains that your kittens are meowing too loud?

I bet you're paying for the 'control' of wild cats. I can understand your frustration - and don't even get me started on user unfriendly websites.
