I found that Topamax (Topiramate) gave me a number of side effects, including tingling in the feet, as if my shoes were on too tight. Apparently this is one of the more common side effects. In the end I started feeling really unwell and exhausted and couldn't wait to come off it. However, you have to reduce the dosage very gradually as coming off told turkey can cause a seizure. Your doctor should advise you in this regard. Good luck. CS

Over the years all symptoms have become milder but have not disappeared.
