I did some meditation earlier and this reminds me of something I have seen while meditating, with my eyes closed. I used to see a blue dot in the center of my "vision" or blackness if you like, gradually enlarging into a circle untill it covered my whole "vision" and than disappearing. Then it starts all over again and it just iterates like that. Its not really what I am experiencing now though.
