Hi Pamela. I'm so sorry you are having such a tough time with your depression. I used to cry all the time too until my psychiatrist prescribed antidepressants for me. He told me it was okay to take them long term and I have had not issues because of them. I don't cry all the time anymore and I am more positive about life now. I am not a doctor but if I were you I would ask your doctor what he thinks. Maybe get several doctors opinions and then decide what is best for you. I hope that you find a way to feel better soon.
