I was on another website and someone mentioned a site called
emily bites.
I checked it out and they have a variety of tasty, low or lower calorie food items have all the calories and nutrients listed and seem to usually have the WW points listed as well.
Bizi...have you found a creamer you like? Or should I say something instead of a creamer? My husband loves those artificial creamers and now when I use something "healthy" they taste boring. I think out of everything "healthy" perhaps coconut milk was the best...not sure.
Quinoa...I'm always surprised that this seems to put weight on me somewhat easily even though it is high in fiber and protein.
