Too bad, there might be foreign specialists who unique experience can help. Yes, I'm aware of this. Diffusion MRI might show severed brain connections. TBI happened 20 years ago and still don't have access to xray image and medical data right after TBI.
Skull fontanelle seems to have missing parts. It means there is no titanium plate, what is then protecting brain, somekind polymer plate or thin bone?
