Default Restless leg syndrome?

Hello,
I am not sure if this problem belongs in Neuromuscular disorders, so please feel free to move this to the right place if it's necessary. I am not sure what is wrong with me, I can only guess by googling my symptoms, as no neurologist recognises my symptoms as anything else but "jittery" and "nervous". I don't think RLS is even recognised as disease in my country.
For more than decade I have problem that when I am sitting or lying down for prolonged period, my lower legs become extremely itchy in a way that is difficult to describe. It's not my skin that is itchy, it's my legs INSIDE, and it's almost unbearable! Mostly it's one leg, above the knee, sometimes just foot. It's the feeling of unbearable itchiness inside my leg which goes away only when I move and tends to get worse with rest.
Lately, it's getting progressively worse (I am 44 now), so that sometimes, I can't sleep, and I can't go to long travels, especially in busses or cars. I am very tired as it's not enough just to move my leg while lying down, I need to actually get up and walk. I have even trouble now to sit in my office! I can't find anything on this syndrome and it seems there is no cure. Neurologists I've seen did not find anything wrong and don't think I have any disease. I have anemia and ferritin deficiency.
Last few years I also have bad neck pain that develops into bad migraine. It's almost every day and it seems unrelated to legs issue. I do exercise, I am normal weight, do not smoke or drink. I am also not vegeterian. I tried to treat my anemia but failed multiple times and gave up.
Has someone have any advice or theory on this problem?
Also about the neck pain, it's in the back of the neck, on the right side and goes down the shoulder then it spreads to forehead. It's not strong pain but extremely unpleasant, but resulting migraine can be very bad. I do work out, and I am currently intensifying the core part. Still, I am so tired of all the pain and not being able to rest.
