i am in the same boat. It's been three years since i've been able to exercise without feeling ill. Weight lifting is the biggest culprit. It only takes a few sets of pushups before i get sick. Typically, if i work out, i'll feel fine afterwards, however, my sleep will be heavily interrupted that night. I wake up with severe brain fog, nausea, migraines, and extreme fatigue. The symptoms can last several days. I believe it's linked to the brain no longer being able to regulate inter cranial pressure. Some people have said naproxen or other nasaids could help, but the symptoms are so severe, that I rather not even try.

I've talked to many specialist including Dr. Leddy in Buffalo. No one could give me an answer to this. In fact, most doctors will pretend I never asked the question when it comes up, as they have no way of explaining it.

I used to exercise 5-6 days a week, but life has changed. It took me a year to come to terms with it, and for the most part, I am ok with it. Though, if I could ever work out again, I would be ecstatic.
