This is great news but my concern is: will they limit who can get this to only those who suffer offs? I don't understand why all PWP can't have a drug that is so much faster to work (and, I would think, avoid the food/protein issues taking oral c/l does since it bypasses the GI tract). Seems like everytime I have read about an inhaled version of ldopa, there is some caveat about it only being available, when approved, to those who are really suffering severe offs. Hopefully this will be available to all PWP regardless of stage/severity of symptoms.

BTW, one of the neuros we used to see nearly laughed himself off his chair when I asked about snorting sinemet years ago. While this isn't exactly the same thing, it's the same basic concept. How the tables turn
