It is thrilling to see the numbers go down!!!!!
I understand completely.
My numbers went back up today because of all of the vino. 
The marvin gaye tribute was fun.
We both enjoyed it.
Need to do paperwork today and get started on my taxes. need to get stamps so I can send bills. charting is behind and need to do the check book. So I am behind in all areas of my life. It is overwhelming to me. Will try to be disciplined today. It is gloomy outside so that is good.
Did not sleep that well, was awake at 3;30am still and took an extra 1mg of klonipin to get to sleep. It worked for a total of 6 hours of sleep. I will take it.
