I planned to get some sleep Thursday night. (get some rest and get on a schedule)

I took my meds at 9:30 p.m.

Then I fell asleep sitting in front of the tv for two hours and woke up.

I have not been able to get back to sleep.
Finally I took a tiny piece of a lunesta pill so I can sleep.
I will be sleeping during the day.
