Default Very forgetful in general and school, still major problems after setback

Hello again,

I had described my case briefly before: /traumatic-brain-injury-and-post-concussion-syndrome/238509-setback-infection.html

As I sad all my problems worsened very much after an infection of unknown origin. As they started with very severe headache, much more severe than my usual headaches, accompanied by a much higher forgetfulness, I actually forgot almost all things taught at school briefly before and the weeks afterwards. I would describe these problems as those immediately after the concussion.

They are also still a great problem in so far that I can only remember new things very fragmented, forget things, that before seemed clear, even worse as with the concussion alone before, also I do many spelling mistakes, with which I before had no problems at all. A normal EEG was conducted just recently with no results.
Can I assume that there was further brain damage maybe also in form of a brain Inflammation as in a light encephalitis? Should I go on learning or reduce it as much as possible? Would this be a way to recover the brain better?

What I additionally noted was directly afterwards apathy, I feel no time pressure, etc. at all. Before I was always very ambitious and could hardly rest, was always in flow, so altogether quite the opposite. This probably was also the reason for my bad initial recovery after the concussion. Prozac, by the way had no effect with the apathy so I stopped it. It at least got somewhat better over time.
Could one speculate about the reason, could this be to direct changes in brain matter, how can I improve that?

Does anybody know well-balanced multi-vitamin supplies that can be bought in Germany, the exact product would be very helpful.

Thank you very much.
