Hi russiarulez,

I have been swimming 1 month after my road accident which gave me PCS symptoms. My symptoms was not very pronounced and i thought i was nearing the light at the tunnel but this week the dizziness, headaches, stiff neck, forgetfulness is back.
Strangely i do not have all these when im swimming.

Just curious, are you still experiencing everything in your "Current Symptoms"?
