Hi ShonnieBee and welcome to the NeuroTalk RSD/CRPS support group. Thank you for posting about your good day after swimming. Yes, exercise is definitely a winner. We just need to read our bodies and adjust our exercise routines as needed. So, if you have a bad day after exercising, don't let it get you down. It happens to people without chronic pain problems, so it will certainly happen to us. Enjoy good swims and good days.
