Anxiety can manifest as chest discomfort.

It is helpful to try to differentiate the different discomforts.

I'm confused. You said:
[towards 2 weekends after the incident i found my self driving to the shop and i went into a full blown panic mode i rushed up to the hospital told them my symptoms ]

Did you intend to go to the shop or was this an episode where you don't know why you were driving to the shop ?

You lack of punctuation makes it difficult to understand everything you say.

Many of us find we need to spend time rereading and editing our posts so they are easier to understand. I rarely post something without rereading it a few times. Otherwise, It would not make sense.

btw, I once suffered a trauma that affected my head, neck and shoulder. The ortho put me through some range of motion and other tests that caused chest pains later that day that were symptomatic of a heart attack. After lots of cardiac tests, the skeletal-muscular problem was resolved and the pain attacks went away. A PT believes I inflamed something in the shoulder to neck nerves that caused the chest pains to come and go. I have had it once since and PT or chiro has resolved it.

sorry my my writing is not very good I am more of a talker haha

Yes I was going to the shop with my partner to pick up some household equipment. I just felt a sudden urge of panic with the pressure feeling in my head and the dizziness.

I understand the nerve damage issue sometimes it completely goes like today for example I started work at 7.00am all the way through till 3.00pm I didn't feel my the spot on my head at all I even touched my face when I got in the car I felt nothing, I have had a couple of pains in my chest today nothing to bad. driving home from work I went to pick my daughter up from school and as soon as I got home through the door I could feel the spot on my head pulsating I touched my face and it got worse I have had it ever since I got in from work - I have tried to tell myself that I am fine and lower my anxiety but I am having a hard time associating my chest pain to anxiety & my head with nerve damage if that makes sense.

I am set to see a neurologist in may, maybe with it being nerve damage would I be best to see a chiropractor in the meantime??

i got given 10mg propranolol tablets by my doctor 2 weeks ago he told me to take 2-3 a day to help with my anxiety i did for a week then went back to see him because they didn't really do anything for me - i stopped taking them the day i went to see him i think it was early this week he then gave me 80mg slow release propranolol I am yet to take them i do not feel anxious and i do not see how they are going to help I am only anxious about my health nothing else if i didn't get the symptoms i was getting i would be fine!!!

sorry to go on and on i am just really fed up.. and the poor punctuation

thankyou for your reply any more advise would be greatly appreciated!!
