I took meds at 10:00 p.m. and felt sleepy but missed my bed "window" because I had to brush my teeth as well as take
care of a few things for tomorrow.


I took a tiny amount of lunesta a minute ago.
I hope that it helps me sleep such that I can
wake up feeling rested instead of sleepy the whole day.
