I'm sorry that you have to deal with constant fatigue Bobby. I was that there was a solution to your problem, but the best advice I have is:
If there is a time of day when you notice that you are consistently less tired, that is obviously the best time to do things like scheduling doctors appointments.
Take breaks throughout the day to conserve your energy, and take a nap if you can, and if that is something that works for you.
Start trying to listen to your body when it tells you that you may be reaching its limits. Its best to stay under that threshold regularly, and as often as possible. I know I'm not very good at doing that myself.
