Colour me tired!

17 hour day, 400 miles of driving, couple hours of heavy D.C. traffic and pedestrian dodging, the zoo, the Lincoln memorial, National Monument, Museum of Natural History, Greek gyros, Korean food and all with 4 kids and the nanny..

I bet I walked 4 miles around the heart of Washington DC yesterday. If I was not chasing kids, dodging taxis or wondering why it is sooo far between where I parked and ole Abe, I was walking and glad I did not do leg squats the night before
