If you do join SparkPeople be sure to click the box for NO emails otherwise you get bombarded. Thinking of you all. Learned today SIL is saying she is not going to go to rehab. I hope between now and then someone can convince her otherwise. The rehab clinic she will attend is for 3 months in a rural environment and $38 a week. A pittance compared to what she spends on alcohol but she is using that as her main whinge. Sadly we all know otherwise, she just doesn't want to give it up.

10Decisions, smoking does not help me with the neuropathy pain though it does help with the anxiety. I thought you were relatively pain free as of late. Sorry to hear you still suffer.
