Only saw 4 clients so was able to do 2 loads of laundry,
scrubs for tomorrow and eat dinner at chipotle. yum
The guitar concert was good, enjoyed his performance. Nice guy.
Afterward he and hubby went out to eat at a restaurant called social. They have good food and one of the only places that has late service for food.

I joined a gym yesterday. Reds, I have been a member before. It is the nicest/biggest club in town. It is very expensive but I am worth it.
My right elbow has been feeling like I have tendonitis.
Reds has a freezing plunge pool. 50 degrees! Yesterday, I dangled my arm into the pool and could only stand about 5 minutes. Maybe it is a coincidence, but my arm feels better today. Could be also the 800mg of advil helped at noon?
This Monday night at 6;30, I am going to try restorative yoga. Have never done yoga before but this class is supposed to be very relaxing. So I am going to try it....I need some direction...I have a right hip that is making me limp when I first get up....I am hoping the stretching yoga will help.
Between my elbow and my hip, I feel old.

Friday, I will see 4 or 5 clients tomorrow. I hope the receptionist at this retirement center that I am going to remembers who has an ingrown toenail. They are very painful and I would hate for them to be in pain over the weekend.
I have time to see them tomorrow after my last client.

Saturday I have 4 clients on the books then we will go see the musical/operetta Sweeney Todd. It is supposed to be very good!
Excited to see the performance. The lead singer is our very own professor who is playing lead. He is so good, can't wait!

Sunday is wide open.
Monday starts my new and improved diet.
