Maybe the med adjustment went a little too far. That has happened to me before. You could check in with you pdoc?

It's good to have your eyes checked every year, especially if you have diabetes. Not everyone with diabetes gets eye problems tho. And you haven't mentioned any problems, so everything is probably okay
